Praise Sanctuary Church began in Feb 1989, under the pastoralship of Rev. Joseph A. Peay. Though Pastor Peay was not new to the ministry, Praise Sanctuary was the church God led him to resurrect after leaving Triumph the Church & Kingdom of God in Christ in Los Angeles, CA, where he served as pastor for 15 years.
